Michelle Adelman
Michelle Adelman, Curriculum Consultant & Former Instructor
Michelle Adelman teaches writing at Columbia University and works as a consultant at Cooper Union’s Center for Writing and Language Arts. She completed her MFA coursework in Creative Writing at Columbia, and received her BS and MS in Journalism from Northwestern University. She has edited and reported for numerous newspapers and magazines, from The Sunday Business Post in Ireland to Time Out New York. She is currently working on a novel and on revising the curriculum for the Emerging Writers Institute. Michelle was an instructor at the program in 2007.
