- Varsity Debate: Students who have competed in individual events for one or more years.

Week 1: Motion Strategy & Argument Generation

Motion Analysis: Students learn to quickly identify burdens, key issues, and strategic framing.

Case Construction Under Time Pressure: Developing organized, persuasive cases with limited preparation time.

Refutation & Extension Strategy: Emphasis on prioritization, clash, and narrative control.

POI Strategy: Advanced techniques for offering, taking, and managing Points of Information.
Week 2: Competitive Strategy & Execution

Strategic Collapsing: Learning how to narrow debates and control judge decision-making.

Judge Adaptation: Adjusting style, depth, and rhetoric based on judge expectations.

Role-Specific Strategy: Refining PM, LO, MG, and MO responsibilities.
